Posting Deadline
Seven working days after payment confirmation. Brazilian Boleto system may take up to 3 business days to confirm payment.
Delivery Time
As shown at the time of purchase, our delivery time is from 3 to 21 business days after posting, depending on the type of delivery chosen at checkout, respecting the postage period above 7 working days.
(It is understood that Saturday and Sunday are not working days)
The products presented on our website are located in Brazil and are shipped directly from our factory located in Santa Catarina, Rio Grande do Sul and São Paulo.
The deadline for posting the products starts to take effect immediately after the purchase payment is approved and can take up to 7 business days to be dispatched. This period includes the separation of the product from the stock, the packaging and postage. The estimated average delivery time of the products is 15 working days, and there may be variations in the deadline by the Post Office and possible problems such as strikes by the Post Office, in addition to other factors beyond our control such as Pandemics. When one of these situations occurs, it will be added to our deadline the days necessary to solve the problems mentioned above.
These deadlines are valid for Capitals and Metropolitan Regions. Deliveries in the interior or areas of difficult access may take a little longer. In areas with restricted delivery the products will have to be picked up at the post office.
All purchases have a tracking code that will be sent by email to the customer within an average period of 7 working days and can be tracked from departure from the country of origin to arrival at your residence.
Delivery is always made by the Post Office or other shipping methods established at the time of purchase, however, in some cases, such as absent recipient, regions with delivery restrictions, among other reasons, the Post Office may leave a notice to pick up the products at the agency closest to the address provided.
Based on our experience, 95% of products are delivered within 15 days of posting.
If the order is for more than 5 items, they can be shipped separately and a tracking code will be issued for each product.
Please be careful when filling in the delivery address to ensure receipt of the product. We are not responsible for any problems with delivery, due to the wrong address provided by the customer. Remembering that it cannot be changed after 24 hours of placing the order on the website, because within this period the product is already separated and packaged for shipping. If the purchase is returned for an incorrect or insufficient address, the fee will be charged for the second delivery, if at the time the customer chooses to cancel the purchase, the amount paid will be refunded minus 30% for operating expenses.
As it is a national order, the tracking information on the Post Office website may occur between 2 to 5 business days after the tracking code is provided.
The filling in of the delivery address must be reviewed by the buyer before confirming the purchase, and if the product is returned for an incorrect address or insufficient data, it will be the sole responsibility of the customer. In case of attempted delivery by the Post Office without result, the product remains at the agency available to be picked up by the customer, if the customer does not pick it up within the period established by the Post Office, the product will be returned to the sender, the store being exempt from any liability. If it is possible to resend the product to the customer, the delivery period will take effect from the date of this confirmation that will be registered in the order register, in addition, any costs with the resending will be the responsibility of the customer.
In case of reshipment, a new delivery period will apply.
For products with national stock, we charge delivery fees as calculated at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL PRODUCT
Declaration of origin
Several products sold by VAREJO 3D are imported. Our suppliers are located in Europe, USA and China and send orders directly to the final consumer.
We offer FREE SHIPPING for all Brazil in the product with stock outside Brazil in our Manufacturer.
If your order is for 2 or more products, they can be shipped separately, so you will receive a tracking code for each product.
Delivery Time
The delivery period of the products is from 10 to 45 days after shipping by our suppliers, however, DURING THIS TIME OF QUARANTINE DUE TO COVID-19 WE ARE EXTENDING OUR MAXIMUM DEADLINE BY ANOTHER 15 BUSINESS DAYS. However, factors beyond our control, such as postal strikes, impossibility of delivery due to weather factors or delay in processing by the IRS, may cause delays. In these cases, the days necessary to resolve the aforementioned problems will be added to our deadline.
If you're already getting worried, don't be! Based in our experience, 95% of our products are delivered within 25 days after dispatch.
Processing Time
After confirmation of payment, your product will go through the process of separation, packaging and dispatch. This process takes a maximum of 7 days. As soon as your product is dispatched you will be informed by email and you will receive your tracking code.
Shipping Methods

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking Code
All orders have a tracking code, which will be sent by email to the customer within an average period of 7 working days after payment confirmation.

As it is an international order, the tracking information on the Correios website may take between 5 to 20 days to be available.
