We work on modeling commercial, logistic and industrial projects, transforming architectural, executive and layout projects into a three-dimensional (3D) model. Among the different models of projects and services, they are all customized, as each need is unique, with the exception of ready-made projects that are cases and serve as a basis for those who intend to open an establishment. To purchase a project or service, simply select the one that meets your needs. Then you will be forwarded to the product page, select the square footage to generate the value. If there is no customization, of course, in addition to your architectural and / or executive floor plan and / or layout, just complete the purchase and send us the file. If you want a custom project, click on the customize tab and the options for customization will appear. Select the ones you prefer and don't forget to describe as much detail in the description box and attach the CAD files and Images. In a very short time we will contact you to align expectations, shortly after we will send you a quotation.

We do not make or produce architectural or layout design in dwg (CAD) format. We only model from them, so it is the customer's responsibility to send us these files.

All projects include 2 (two) changes in the initial modeling phase, not being the change in the architectural project. If for any reason there is an architectural change, a new quote will be sent, after the video or packaging is finished, no further changes will be possible.

The File modeled by us from Varejo 3D, as well as the blocks used from our library will not be provided under any circumstances, as it contains production secrets and is protected by intellectual property law (Nº 9279) and copyright law ( No. 9610/98). If there is a need to model specific blocks, a quotation will be sent separately.

We provide this service, we model ourselves block by block and deliver to the customer, but for this to happen, the company needs to have a CNPJ and state registration and the use must be exclusively for the use of the company, not being able to resell or give it to third parties according to copyright law (Nº 9610/98).

Ready Projects (Cases): 10 working days. Custom Designs Mockups: 04 Business days – First contact and briefing with the client for alignment and detailing. After this first step, the countdown to the delivery date begins. 06 working days – First study (internal and/or external plan +modeling). + 4 Business Days – Each modification requested. Remembering that there are only 2 (two) modifications. + 8 working days – Final project in FullHD video (1920x1080) + 2 working days – Video project and final editing in FullHD. (optional) Product development. 04 Business days – First contact and briefing with the client for product alignment and detailing, as well as drawings and models. After this first step, the countdown to the delivery date begins. 10 Business Days – First Study (Product Modeling). + 8 working days – Final project in FullHD video (1920x1080) + technical details. + 2 working days – Video project and final editing in FullHD.
